Based on the Ada Lovelace architecture, the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER GAMING OC 12G Graphics Card meets the demands of 4K and 1440p gaming at high frame rates while delivering optimized real-time ray tracing and AI performance. Featuring 12GB of GDDR6X VRAM and a 192-bit memory interface, this graphics card offers greater power and efficiency compared to the previous Ampere-based generation.
The front panel of the card features a variety of outputs, such as DisplayPort 1.4a and HDMI 2.1a. HDMI 2.1a supports up to 48 Gb/s bandwidth and a range of higher resolutions and refresh rates, including 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 240 Hz. The RTX 4070 SUPER is not just about high-resolution gaming. Computationally intensive programs can utilize the GPU's 7168 cores, which is 20% more than the RTX 4070, to accelerate tasks using CUDA and other APIs.
For cooling, Gigabyte implemented the WINDFORCE 3X cooling system. The cooling system uses three 90mm fans. The airflow is split by the triangle fan edge and guided smoothly through the 3D stripe curve on the fan surface. The 3D Active Fan feature provides semi-passive cooling, which means the fans will remain off when the GPU is under a set loading or temperature for low power gaming. The fans also feature RGB FUSION, a three-ring lighting effect that you can synchronize with other devices.
